The fighting north of Dobryzjalowo is breifly mentioned in Der Weltkrieg 1914 bis 1918, Band 7, s. 246, the German paticipants being the 5. Infanterie-Brigade and the 6. Reserve-Infanterie-Brigade. It is possible that you might find more detailed descriptions of the fighting in the histories of the regiments belonging to the two brigades. According to Histories of two hundred and fifty-one divisions of the German Army which participated in the War (1914-1918) (page 76 and 82) the regiments of the 5.IB was Grenadier-Regiment Nr. 2 and Nr. 9, and those of the 6.RIB Reserve-Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 34 and Nr. 49.

According to Thomas Schneider (et al): Die Autoren und Bücher der deutsch-sprachige Literatur zum Ersten Weltkrieg 1914-1939, Universitätsverlag Osnabrück 2008 there are no regimental histories for the regiments of the 6.RIB, but only for the regiments of the 5.IB:

But according to Jürgen Kraus:Handbuch der Verbände und Truppen des deutschen Heeres 1914-1918, Teil VI, Band 2 – Reserve- und Landwehr-Infanterie, Verlag Militaria 2012, s. 51, there exists a regimental history for RIR49, but no titel is given, and I have as of yet not been able to find any other references to it.
